A perusal of the same reveals that the balance remaining retirement dues of the father-in-law of the petitioner i.e. late Harendra Chandra Bayan, has been paid today i.e. 26.06.2025 to the petitioner, herein, through RTGS fund transfer. In view of the above position, this Court is of the considered view that the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2024 in WP(C) No.154/2024, stands substantially complied with.
