On 30.01.2025 we have passed an order and in pursuance thereof interim relief application has been decided by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. 3. We have perused the order. The order says that though the earlier order of this Court was filed and the Clerk concerned put it on record but the same was not brought to the notice of the Members specifically and the junior of Shri Vishal Dixit, learned Counsel for the petitioner who was appearing did not even press or inform the Members. Had it been done then the order would have been passed earlier. We accept the explanation offered. The order dated 03.02.2025 is taken on record. Forum should ensure that the clerk informs the members about orders of this Court specifically on the date fixed so that such a situation does not arise again. 4. Ms. Aparjita Bansal, learned Standing Counsel for M.V.V.N.L says that complaint case No.6/2024 has been finally decided, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. The said order shall now be followed by all the concerned officials unless there is any legal impediment. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
