The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Hawali, Lucknow for expeditious disposal of the Regular Suit bearing no. 1440/2016 Smt. Jyoti Singh Vs. Hari Prasad pending at the stage of cross examination of PW 3 by the opposite party more particularly within a time bound manner." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2016, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
