It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is in jail since 6.12.2024 in Case Crime No. 386 of 2024 u/s 108 BNS, P.S. Mailani, District Lakhimpur Kheri. It has been submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case as she has not committed any offence as alleged. 3. The present applicant is a married lady having two children. Attention has been drawn towards the impugned F.I.R. wherein the general allegations have been leveled against all accused persons including the present applicant. One suicide note was found at the place of incident wherein the name of accused persons have been indicated but from that suicide note it is not clear as to how the present applicant has instigated the victims to commit suicide. She is having no prior criminal history of any kind whatsoever. She being a lady may be given the benefit of section 180 BNSS.
