Heard Shri Manish Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.). He has made a representation in this regard but to no avail. In light of the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent authority shall decide the representation of the petitioner regarding grant of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally
