To direct the District Judge, Lucknow to decide the stay application no. C-6 preferred by petitioners in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 02/2025 Rajesh Kapoor and others Vs. Mahesh Chandra Kapoor and others." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
