Choudhury, the learned counsel representing the informant. 2. Pursuant to the interim bail granted on 08.05.2025 in connection with Dwarbond P.S. Case No.28/2025, the petitioner Sri Ajit Kumar Jena has already appeared before the Investigating Police Officer and got his statement recorded. 3. I have gone through the objection filed by Mr. Choudhury. 4. Since, the petitioner has been co-operating with the Investigating Police Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody.
