An inspection was conducted by the Junior Engineer after our order dated 31.01.2025 as informed by learned Counsel for the M.V.V.N.L. and it was found that the transformer referred in our order is situated about 330 meters away from the premises of the petitioner and it is not feasible to provide connection to the petitioner's premises from the said transformer. The written instructions of the Executive Engineer dated 13.02.2025 are taken on record. 3. In view of this, let reasons be communicated to the petitioner in writing but before doing so, the Executive Engineer concerned should get a fresh inspection done to ascertain as to whether anybody near the premises of the petitioner has been granted connection from the transformer referred in the instructions dated 13.02.2025 and in our order dated 31.01.2025, if so, under what circumstances, as in the case of the petitioner it is being said that it is not feasible, if he finds that there is something more than what meets the eyes and the petitioner is entitled to be granted connection from the said transformer then he should do the needful otherwise he shall communicate the reasons for non grant of electricity connection to the petitioner in writing, let this be done within three weeks. 4.
