Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents are not paying the amount of Rs.1,64,78,067/- even after the completion of the entire work i.e., Package No.4-Construction of Internal CC, BT Roads & Pucca Drains in Mylavaram Mandal pursuant to the agreement dated 03.03.2019. Pending Writ Petition the respondents paid the entire amount. 3. Since the petitioner’s claim has been adequately redressed, no further orders are necessary for the continuation of proceedings in this matter. 4. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for respondents furnished written instructions dated 11.08.2025 submitted by the 4th respondent herein, wherein it is specifically stated that the amount claimed by the petitioner i.e., Rs.1,64,78,067/- was paid on 28.07.2025. ::4:: 5. Considering the submissions of both the counsels and in view of redressal of the grievance of the petitioner pending writ petition, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
