The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (S.D.) Lucknow to decide P.A. Case No. 64 of 2021/Old P.A. No. 32 of 2013 (Vijay Kumar Sahu and others Vs. Chowdhuri Sweet House and others) under Section 21(1)(a) of the U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act 1972 expeditiously within the time frame as may be fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
