Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 1 District Consumer Forum II Agra. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by filing of the complaint against him before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint has been filed without jurisdiction whatsoever, as the respondent no.2 who is complainant does not come within the purview of definition of complainant under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The petitioner has filed preliminary objection before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. 4. In the light of above, the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is directed to decide the preliminary objection raised by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date before entering into merits of the same. 4.
