The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.11.2024 whereby the order of recovery has been passed against the petitioner. 2. As an appeal is prescribed against the said order, the petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal in accordance with law. 3. In case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of three weeks along with the stay application, the stay application shall be disposed off within a period of two weeks. 4. Till the disposal of the stay application, no recovery shall be affected from the petitioner. However, in case the appeal is not filed within a period of three weeks from today, this order shall automatically come to an end.
