Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :- "(i). The opposite party no. 1 i.e. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to decide the interim application of Complaint No. CC/58/2024 urgently. (ii) The opposite party no. 1 i.e. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to decide the Complaint No. CC/58/2024 Shailendra Kumar Gupta and another Vs Branch Manager Indian Bank and others, preferable within a period of one month. (iii) The opposite party no. 2 to 5 to not to recover any amount regarding the bank account no. 50010282026 of the petitioner till the disposal of complaint." 3. Considering the fact that prima facie the prayer no. 1 and 3 are not maintainable, no direction can be issued by this Court. The application filed by the petitioner for grant of interim relief cannot be granted by the Consumer Court, however as the Consumer Case No. 58 of 2024 is pending, the present petition is disposed of directing the Forum to decide the said Consumer Case No. 58 of 2024 with all expedition preferably within a period of six months.
