Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 11, Gonda to decide the Regular Suit No. 2415/2014, Vijai Pratap Singh and others Vs. Vindhayavasni and another expeditiously in stipulated period in accordance with law." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2014, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
