No notice need be issued to the respondent no. 7 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed. There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court passed in a bunch of petitions the leading being Writ-A No. 8437 of 2023 Inre; Awadhesh Kumar Pandey Vs. State of U.P & 3 Ors decided on 31.05.2024, a copy of which is annexure 9 to the writ petition. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is partly allowed. The order dated 06.02.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition is quashed. It is provided that the petitioner would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment of this Court in the case of Awadhesh Kumar Pandey (supra).
