Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 30.06.2025 from the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh to the effect that respondent No.3- the Deputy Director Elementary Education, Una, H.P. has implemented the judgment rendered in Mukesh Kumar Vs. State of H.P. & Ors2. Office order dated 30.06.2025, passed by respondent No.3, has also been made part of the aforesaid office instructions. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes 2 CWP No.15473 of 2024, decided alongwith connected matters on 08.01.2025 - 2 - 2. In terms of the office order, case of the petitioner has been considered in light of decision rendered in Mohit Sharma and Anr. Vs. State of H.P. and others3. The petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix on completion of two years of regular service. The DDO concerned has also been directed to fix petitioner’s pay. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General, on the strength of aforesaid order, assured that necessary and consequential orders shall be passed by the respondents within three weeks from today. Financial benefits based thereupon shall also be released to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 4. Taking note of above documents and submissions made by learned Additional Advocate General, present execution petition is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievance, if any, in accordance with law. 3 CWP No. 1638 of 2024, decided on 29.11.2024. - 3 - Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
