Counsel for both the sides are not present and also "S" has not been marked against the present case. Learned Standing Counsel is present. However, matter is pertaining to the year 2012, therefore, I have gone through the records. It appears that by efflux of time, writ petition has become infructuous and petitioner does not want to contest the same. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. However, if anything still survives, it is open for the petitioner to move recall application.
