The present contempt application has been preferred for alleged non compliance of the interim order dated 23.11.2024. For convenience, the same is quoted hereinbelow:- "As prayed, list again. It is made clear that mere pendency of present appeal shall not be treated as interim protection to the petitioners. It is further clarified that it is open for the court below to proceed against the present petitioners as per law. List this case in the month of January, 2025." On being asked from the learned counsel for the applicant as to what was the direction of the writ Court and how it is violated by the respondents, he is unable to give any reply to the Court for issuing contempt notices against the respondents. The present Contempt Application is mis-conceived and is hereby dismissed.
