It is the case of the petitioner that, initially, the subject land was assigned in favour of his father, by virtue of DKT patta No. 1173/93, Sri Alam Subbaiah dated 23.09.1983. After the demise of the father of the petitioner, he into possession of the subject land, and thereafter, he filed an Form-6A dated 18.02.2025, requesting the came application in 4'^ respondent to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books in respect of the subject lands. Despite \ no action from the making he said application, there is 4*^ respondent. Aggrieved by the said action, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the application of the petitioner is under consideration and it will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed. 2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the application in Form-6A filed by him was not considered by the 4'^ respondent. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4*^ respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
