JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 28/07/2025 1. Petitioner preferred instant writ petition way back on 12.03.2010, raising a grievance for not granting appointment on the post of Sub-Inspector by way of promotion against the vacancies of 2009-10. 2. Counsel for the petitioner is fair enough that the petitioner has not turned up in his office to pursue the writ petition on merits after filing the same. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, in case, any fresh cause of action arise to petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to seek legal remedy. 4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J TN/45
