The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissioner, Sultanpur to decide the complaint case no. 78/2021 (Smt. Shanti Devi Versus State Bank of India and another), which is pending since 21.08.2021 in accordance with law within stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending complaint case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
