This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(1) Issue a direction to the o.p. no. 1 Civil Judge (JD), Room No. 29, Sultanpur to decide the O.S. No. 735 of 1991, Chand Ali and others Vs. Abdul Ahad and others, pending since 11.07.1991 expeditiously within a stipulated period as soon as possible." 3. In terms of the order passed by this Court, a report has been furnished on 12.02.2025 stating that the suit has been transferred before an appropriate Court and efforts are being made to decide the suit expeditiously. 4. In view of the said report, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the court concerned to decide the suit positively within a period of one year.
