Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:13627 Court No. - 9 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 921 of 2025 Petitioner :- Daulatram And Another Respondent :- Smt. Jarawati And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prem Chandra Patel Counsel for Respondent :- Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi,C.S.C. Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i). Issue an order or direction to direct the Court of Civil Judge (Jr.Div) Jaunpur to decide the Suit No.287 of 2022 as well as 6C application within stipulated period." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that he is not pressing the prayer made in the writ petition as far as expeditious disposal of the Civil Suit is concerned. However, he submits 6-C application may be decided within short period of time. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Civil Judge (Jr.Div), Jaunpur to decide the 6-C application pending in the Suit No.287 of 2022, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
