The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that already the particular period was over and the order passed is pertaining to festival to be held on 10.02.2025 and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication. 4. Since the petition is filed challenging order passed for the particular date (10.02.2025) and also festival was over, without going into the merits of the arguments of the petitioner this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
