Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Original Suit No. 471/2016 (Imadudullah and another versus Anvarullah and other), which is pending since 2016, as expeditiously as possible." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2016, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
