This criminal petition has been preferred challenging an order dated 13.02.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bokajan, Karbi Anglong whereby the prayer of the zimma of the vehicle of the petitioner was rejected. 3. It appears from the impugned order that at that stage, the investigation of the case was still pending and given the details of the ownership of the vehicle was not available with the I.O. 4. It is submitted that by now charge-sheet has already been submitted. 5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may approach the learned Court below with a fresh application for zimma of the vehicle and upon on such application being the same shall be considered and disposed of by the learned Court below as per law. 6.
