1. Heard Mr. Harshu Dave, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. Ankita Shukla, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the Non- applicant/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to order the applicant to proceed with the D.N.A. test and permit the applicant to submit report to the police and further direct the prosecution to consider the same KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN
2 before further proceeding in the FIR registered against him. In the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is not responding hence, he has no instructions.
4. It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition.
5. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed on this count alone.
