JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 27.09.2025 1. The amended memo of parties submitted by the petitioners is taken on record. 2. In compliance with order dated 30.07.2025, the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Ramban, has filed an affidavit indicating the entitlement of petitioner Nos. 3 to 13 as per the apportionment statement. Since the amount has already been deposited in this Court, as such, having regard to the affidavit filed by the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) with regard to the entitlement of petitioner Nos. 3 to 13, it would be appropriate to direct the release of the amount in favour of the petitioner Nos. 3 to 13 on production of entitlement certificate, to be issued by the Collector Land Acquisition (ACR), Ramban. The balance amount shall be remitted back to the Collector Land Acquisition (ACR), Ramban. 3. Needless to say that on approaching the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Ramban, by the petitioner Nos. 3 to 13, the requisite certificate of entitlement shall be issued without any hassles and without any further waste of time. Sr. No. 1 2 CCP(D) No. 15/2024 4. In view of the aforesaid arrangement made, there is no point in keeping this contempt petition pending. The proceedings in this contempt petition are, therefore, closed. 5.
