By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.The petitioner has made an application on 25.11.2024 and paid the requisite fee seeking such survey. On 26.11.2024, the petitioner has also given a representation considering the urgency of the matter arising out of the dispute with the neighbour.
