The present application has been filed by the applicants for the following main reliefs:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances as stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire criminal proceeding arising out of F.I.R. No. 0023/2024, dated 22.03.2024, under Sections 307/323/427/452/504 IPC, Police Station-Ramganj, District-Amethi, Charge Sheet No. 01/2024, dated 24.09.2024, cognizance and summoning order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the learned Court below in Criminal Case No. 7162/2021 (State versus Ashish Yadav and others), which is pending before him." At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicants to seek discharge before the court concerned. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
