If the revision of the petitioners against the demolition order has been filed within time and is pending or it has been filed belatedly but the delay in filing the same has been condoned by the revisional authority then during pendency of the revision, the premises which was the subject matter of the demolition order dated 13.04.2023 shall not be demolished and impugned notices shall not be given effect, this however, shall remain subject to the result of the revision. The revisional authority is directed to dispose of the revision at the earliest say within a period of three months as revision is a statutory remedy. 3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
