Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was instituted before the trial Court in the year 2012 and about 12 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned order, I dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, if pending before it, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
