The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) District Gonda to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC filed in Original Suit No. 2217/2024 Vishram Vs Tilakram and others expeditiously say within time framed." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
