This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take action and remove the encroachment and unauthorized construction made by the 6th respondent in the Government Kalam Poramboke land in Survey No.315 of Aathichanallur Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District and restore the same to its original position as Kalam. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation has been given by the petitioner to the respondents on 26.12.2024 for taking action and for removing the encroachment made by the 6th respondent in the aforesaid survey number.
