Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the petitioner’s complaints dated 14.03.2025 and 15.03.2025. 2 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioner’s complaints dated 14.03.2025 and 15.03.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, leaving it open for the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent. On receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall follow the procedure contemplated under Section 173 (3) of BNSS, 2023. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
