Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Suresh Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4. 3. The account of the petitioner with the opposite parties has been freezed on account of a communication, copy of which is annexed at Page No. 71 to 73. The address of the Police Station and Mobile number is also given. The opposite party no. 4- Bank may verify the veracity of the said communication from the said police station and as also as to whether the eventuality for freezing the account of the petitioner with SBI still continues or not and do the needful accordingly. 4. If the petitioner is still aggrieved he may approach the concerned Police Station or the Magistrate who may have jurisdiction in the matter. 5. As regards the grievance with respect to opposite party no. 3 it is a private Bank, therefore, the petitioner may avail the remedies as may be prescribed in law. 6.
