The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the teak trees allegedly cut down by respondents 8 and 9 were in patta lands and necessary permission has been obtained from the Forest Department and the Revenue Department. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, there is no irregularity. Thus, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
