And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Dinesh Kumar Singh,Deep Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0022 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 323 IPC, Police Station Chinhat, District Lucknow. From perusal of the First Information Report as well as the record appended alongwith the bail application, it transpires that the applicant has sold out the public land and has misappropriated the amount of sale consideration. The matter pertains to the financial fraud. There are other evidence against the applicant, as such, this Court do not find any good ground to intervene in the matter.
Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicant would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses and the apprehension of arrest has also been denied. The instant anticipatory bail application is, accordingly, dismissed.
