1. The applicant who is in custody since 26.10.2022 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.48 of 2023 arising out of Chas P.S. Case No.346 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.137 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/ 307/ 302 and 34 of IPC, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro. 2. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected vide order dated 20.02.2024 passed in B.A. No.11090 of 2023. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that the charge has been framed on 27.02.2023 and out of seven charge sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have been examined and two witnesses are yet to be examined. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro in connection with S.T. No.48 of 2023 arising out of Chas P.S. Case No.346 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.137 of 2023, subject to condition that one of the bailor will be the pairvikar of this applicant and the applicant will report to the concerned police station once in a month till the conclusion of trial.
Further, the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court. (Rajesh Kumar, J.) Shahid/
