Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the Summoning and Cognizance Order dated 21.07.2022 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur in Complaint Case No.1860 of 2018, as well as entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.1860 of 2018 (Chandrabhan vs. Qiaser Raza Rizvi and others). 3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. 4. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicant moves an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
