Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is made this year only. It was made only after the investigation was transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department. 4. Petitioner was working in a post office, where fake passbooks were issued. Police received complaints that, there are at least 45 fake passbooks issued. 5. Passbooks contain the signature of the petitioner. 6. Petitioner denies his signature in such passbooks. 7. Subject-matter of the investigation is the involvement of the petitioner in the issuance of the fake passbooks. 8. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation. 2 9. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 10.
