Accordingly, this interlocutory application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3538 of 2025 Heard the parties. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. On 04.02.2025 at about 12:30 noon, motorcycle of the informant parked outside the Axis Bank was stolen by unknown persons. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that stolen motorcycle was recovered from a public place behind the house of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S.
