Verma, Additional Advocates General and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Nikhil Katwal, learned counsel representing the petitioner is that despite petitioner, having participated in the selection process for the post of Pump Operator, result is not being declared, as a result thereof, petitioner is in a state of confusion. 2. Pursuant to order dated 28.04.2025, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record instructions dated 18.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Jaisingpur, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 27.02.2025, whereby result qua the process in question has been declared. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Perusal of aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, clearly reveals that petitioner remained at 43rd position in the merit list of overall list of 82 candidates of general category, hence, his name was not included in the selected candidates. 4. Faced with aforesaid situation, learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly.
