The present application has been filed for the following main relief(s):- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the impugned summoning order dated 05.09.2022 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District -Unnao and entire criminal proceeding in case no.14828/2022, State versus Anuj Bajpai in F.I.R./Case Crime No.43 of 2020, Sections- 295-A I.P.C. and 67 Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station - Gangaghat, District -Unnao against the applicant and as well as Charge Sheet no.393 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020 submitted by Investigating Officer against the applicant contained as Annexure No.1 and 2 to this petition, in the interest of law and justice." 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be permitted to move discharge application before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 4. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. 5. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer an application for discharge before the Court concerned, which shall be considered and decided by the trial court expeditiously, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order. 6.
