This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 22.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0364 of 2024 for the offence under Section2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 registered at Police Station Shivgarh, District Rae Bareli and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4.
