P.P. 05/29.08.2025 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Vigilance. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with ACB P.S. Case No. 02/2025, corresponding to Vigilance Case No. 02/2025, registered under section 7 (a) of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (ACB), Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was Block Programme Officer, Ramna, Garhwa and allegations are made that for work not done with regard to digging of Dobha (small pond) for issuing utility certificate, a sum of Rs. 15,000/- was demanded by the petitioner and on trap Rs. 12,000/- has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that now petitioner has been terminated from the service and A.C.B. has submitted chargesheet. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the Vigilance opposes the prayer ( 2025:JHHC:26092 2 and submits that on trap, a sum of Rs. 12,000/- has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Considering that petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025, now chargesheet has been submitted and there is nothing on record to suggest that if the petitioner will be granted regular bail, he will tamper with the evidence, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (ACB), Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with ACB P.S. Case No. 02/2025, corresponding to Vigilance Case No. 02/2025. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Satyarthi/
