Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(ii). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Dalmau, Court No. 18, Raebareli to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC during the pendency of aforesaid suit, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
