The petitioner seeks waseeka based on some waqf- deed. 3. Learned counsel who has put in appearance today denies the claim of the petitioner and says that certain documents were required to be submitted which have not been submitted, as, the person who could claim the compensation i.e. the mother of the petitioner has died. 4. These are not issues which can be raised under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as, the waseeka which is being claimed is not under any statute or the constitution. 5.
