Konwar, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department, for the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5 and Mr. B. Deuri, learned Government Advocate, for the respondent No. 4. 2. The husband of the petitioner Late Prema Kumar Gogoi while serving as a L.P. Teacher at Charigaon L.P. School, Lakhimpur, died in harness on 11.02.2012. Thereafter, the petitioner made an application on 09.05.2012 in the prescribed format for appointment on compassionate grounds. However, as the case of the petitioner was not processed, she approached this Court by filing WP(C) No. 4564/2014 which was disposed of on 10.09.2014 directing the District Elementary Education Officer, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur to process the application of the petitioner and place the same before the District Level Committee within a period of 2 (two) weeks from the date of receipt of the order and the District Level Committee on receipt of the said application will consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision thereof, in accordance Page No.# 3/3 with law in its next meeting or within 5 (five) weeks or whichever is earlier. Thereafter, the District Elementary Education Officer, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur submitted the particulars of applicants for appointment on compassionate grounds for placing before the DLC on 09.06.2015. In the said list, the name of the petitioner appears at Serial No. 39. 3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that she has not been informed as to whether the concerned DLC has considered the case of the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer involved in the present writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned DLC to consider the case of the petitioner in its next immediate sitting. However, if the DLC has already considered the case of the petitioner, the outcome of such consideration shall also be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. 5.
