Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 (corpus) has been illegally detained in Government Women's Shelter Home, Bareilly against her wishes. 2. Learned A.G.A has pointed out that the petitioner No.1 is still a minor and below 18 years of age and she has been kept in the aforesaid shelter home on the order of the Child Welfare Committee dated 24.12.2024. 3. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner No.1 has not been detained illegally. 4. Petitioner has remedy of challenging the order passed by Child Welfare Committee, Bareilly dated 24.12.2024, before appropriate forum. 5. This petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
